The Design Review Committee will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 2:00pm in the Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor at Statesville City Hall, 227 S Center Street.

AGENDA

1. Welcome

2. Review and approval of September 14, 2023 DRC minutes.

3. Consider Design Review Application, DRC 23-13 from Iredell County, to construct a handicap accessible parking lot for the Iredell County Government Center located 200 South Center Street; Tax ID 4734-95-8354.

4. Consider Design Review Application, DRC 23-14 from the City of Statesville Parks and Recreation Department to wrap nine electrical boxes located in downtown Statesville with various artwork designs.

5. Consider Design Review Application, DRC 23-15 from John Marshall for a change in materials for previously approved replacement windows in the building located at 110 South Center Street; Tax ID 4734-95-9549.
