2. Review and approval of September 12, 2024 DRC Meeting Minutes.
3. Review and approval of November 14, 2024 DRC Meeting Minutes.
4. Consider Design Review Application DRC 25-01 from Gibson Property Management, represented by Joaquin Jimenez with Godspeed Real Estate and Development, to replace twenty-three windows in the structure and remove three awnings from the front façade at the property located at 117 North Center Street; Tax Maps 4734-96-7081.
5. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair for new year, 2025.
