City of Statesville Customer Service Office Closed June 25th for Staff Training

Customer Service Office Closed for Staff Training on June 25, 2026

The City of Statesville Customer Service Office will be closed on Thursday, June 25, 2026, to allow Customer Service staff to participate in an all-day training session. During this time, in-person payment services will not be available.

Customers may still make payments using one of the following options:

🔹 Call 704-878-3564 to pay 24/7 using the automated phone system

🔹 Online at www.statesvillenc.net/pay

🔹 Mail your payment to:

The Customer Service Office will resume normal business hours on Friday, June 26.
