🩸 How to Prepare to Donate:

Help ensure a smooth experience by following these simple steps:
✔️ Drink plenty of water the day before and day of your donation
✔️ Eat a full, healthy meal beforehand (don’t skip lunch!)
✔️ Bring a photo ID or TBC Donor Card
✔️ Be at least 16 years old and 110 lbs
(Note: 16 & 17-year-olds need parental consent in NC)
