John Hatcher, Grants Manager

John Hatcher serves as the Grants Manager for the City of Statesville, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the city's ARP grants and implementing strategies to streamline grant management processes. With a keen eye for compliance, John ensures that all grant-funded projects adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. He manages budgets, tracks expenditures, and prepares detailed reports for City Manager and/or City Council, providing transparent insights into grant activities.

In addition to his core responsibilities, John manages subrecipient grants, offering guidance and training to ensure proper fund management and compliance.
