B. Consider passing the second reading of an ordinance to annex AX24-15 Owolabi for the property at 1904 5th Street. (Kirkendall)

C. Consider approving Budget Amendment #2025-16 for the Water Treatment Plant Caustic Tank Replacement and Building Repairs project. (Vaughan)

Conduct a public hearing and consider passing first reading of TA24-06 Text Amendment to the Unified Development Code filed by Steve Hubbard to amend Article 6 Development Standards; Section 6.07 Sign Regulations; O. Conduct a public hearing and consider passing the first reading of Rezoning Request ZC25-01 for The Reserve at James Farm; property located on James Farm Road, between Glenway Drive and James Farm Road, Statesville, NC; Tax ID # 4745-78-7821; To rezone from the R-5MF CZ to R-5 MF CZ, Change of Conditions. XI. Conduct a public hearing regarding the condemnation of an abandoned, dilapidated dwelling located at 1117 4th Street and consider approving first reading of an ordinance to demolish the dwelling as unsafe and a dangerous condition or consider foreclosure. (Marion)

XII. Conduct a public hearing and consider passing the first reading of the annexation request AX24-17 Pressley Farm located at 116 Victory Lane. (Kirkendall)

XIII. Conduct a public hearing and consider passing a Resolution of Closure and a Declaration of Withdrawal to permanently close a portion of unopened Cameron Street between Museum Road and Macon Drive. (Kirkendall)

XIV. Conduct a public hearing and consider passing a Resolution of Closure and a Declaration of Withdrawal to permanently close a portion International Drive between Davie Avenue and the intersection of I-40 and I-77. (Kirkendall)

XV. Receive the 2024 Crime Statistics and Police Activity Report. (Onley)

XVI. Consider passing the second reading of an ordinance to annex AX24-16 Warren Woods for the properties along Mocksville Hwy at the intersection of Warren Road. (Kirkendall)
