SALE OF CITY PROPERTY
The City of Statesville has received an offer in the amount of $12,000 to purchase an approximately 1.3-acre parcel located on the northwest corner of Fox Avenue and Dorset Place zoned R-5MF, PIN 4744-62-0910.000.
Persons wishing to upset the offer that has been received shall submit a sealed bid with their offer to the office of the City Manager at 227 S. Center Street no later than 4: 59 PM on April 23rd, 2024). The next bid must be at least $12,650.
