1. Welcome
2. Review and approval of January 14, 2026 DRC Meeting Minutes.
3. Consider Design Review Application DRC 26-02 from the City of Statesville Community Appearance Commission and the Statesville Housing Authority to place a twenty-six foot tall sculpture at the northwest corner of Shelton Avenue and West Allison Street; Tax Map 4744- 02-9081.
4. Election of 2026 Design Review Committee Officers.
