The Design Review Committee will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 2:00pm in the Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor at Statesville City Hall, 227 S Center Street. 

AGENDA 

1.      Welcome

2.      Review and approval of February 9, 2023 DRC minutes.

3.      Consider Design Review Application, DRC 23-05 from applicants, Samir Govani and Yasushi ‘Yaz’ Furukawa to change the signage on the awning located at 205 W Front Street; 4734-94-7824.

4.      Consider Design Review Application, DRC 23-04 from the City of Statesville Appearance Commission to place four sculptures (possibly five) in the downtown area located at 215 W Broad Street, 119-121 E Broad Street, 300 S Center Street, and 746 Shelton Avenue; Tax IDs respectively 4734-95-3470,

4744-06-1093, 4744-05-1072, and 4744-02-8915.
