Statesville Connects

Payment Assistance Program

Be a part of our community in a warm and caring way by participating in STATESVILLE CONNECTS.

This voluntary assistance program provides emergency assistance for low income families and people in crisis. Funding for the program comes from people like you ... generous customers who want to connect with their neighbors in need!

Complete the form and return:

By mail: City of Statesville Finance, PO Box 1111, Statesville, NC 28687-1111

By email: [email protected]

TWO WAYS TO GIVE:

Round-Up Program: Customers can "round up" their bill each month to the net highest dollar amount and the extra change will be donated to the Statesville Connects Program. For example, if the bill is $41.70, the amount would be rounded up to $42 even, and 30 cents would go to Statesville Connects.

Designated Contribution: Customers can designate a specific contribution that will automatically be added to their monthly bill. Separate donations are also accepted.

How to Receive Assistance:

The City is working with the Statesville Salvation Army, a non-profit organization that provides emergency assistance for low income families and people in crisis. Only Statesville residential utility customers who meet the Salvation Army's requirements will receive assistance with their bills.

Contact the Salvation Army to determine if you qualify for assistance for this program:
