B. Consider approving the assumption of a ground lease for G. Lackey’s hangar to TMT Aero, LLC a     North Carolina Limited Liability Company for the purpose of aircraft storage. (Ferguson) pg. 27

C. Consider approving (1) a grant from the NCDOT Aviation Division in the amount of $5,154,400 for the construction of a corporate hangar at the Statesville Regional Airport; (2) Work Authorization No. 21 in the amount of $236,858.00 for engineering, geotechnical, and architectural services for the design of the hangar; and (3) Budget Amendment No. 2022-27.
