6. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness (COA24-28) from Elena Sollazzo to build a brick wall in the side yard of the property located at 412 Davie Avenue; Tax Map 4744-17-7254.

7. Consider continuing Certificate of Appropriateness (COA22-27) from Gwinnett Holdings LLC, represented by Seema Jay, to rebuild two chimneys on the structure located at 522 South Race Street; Tax Map 4734-82-3999.
