Meeting Agenda:
I. Call to Order
II. Market Study – This was an examination of employee compensation that the Council asked to review in more detail at the Winter Retreat.
III. Post Retirement Health Insurance Stipend – This is a tool meant to be used for recruitment and retention and would provide a monthly stipend to qualifying retirees.
IV. Water and Sewer Rates – Staff has worked with McGill Engineers to develop a long-term water and sewer rates that will be necessary to complete the projects in the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
