1. Welcome
2. Review and approval of December 14, 2023 DRC minutes.
3. Consider Design Review Application, DRC 24-01 from the City of Statesville to demolish three buildings located at 124 East Front Street, 128 East Front Street, and 150 East Front Street; Tax IDs 4744-05-6119, 4744-05-6291, 4744-05-8266 respectively.
4. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair for the new year, 2024.
