E. Consider passing a resolution directing the City Clerk to investigate a petition of annexation, AX25-02 Wilson W Lee for the two parcels located along Wilson W Lee Blvd near the intersection of Concord Ave., receive the City Clerk’s Certificate of Sufficiency, and consider passing a resolution fixing a date of May 5, 2025, for a public hearing for the petition of annexation. XI. Conduct a public hearing regarding the condemnation of an abandoned nonresidential structure, located at 509-517 S Center Street, and consider approving the first reading of an ordinance to demolish the structure as unsafe and dangerous condition. (Marion)
