The Statesville Planning Board will hold a meeting on June 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 227 South Center Street, Statesville, NC.

3. TA25-01 Drinking Establishments: Courtesy Hearing for Text Amendments to the Unified Development Code filed by Planning Staff on behalf of Downtown Statesville Development Corporation (DSDC), to amend Article 3 Zoning, Section 3.04, Table 3-1: Use Matrix. Drinking Establishments

4. ZC25-10 River Hill PUD: Courtesy Hearing for a rezoning application filed by Mr. Robert Bowman; located on U.S. Highway 64 between East Broad Street and River Hill Road, Statesville, NC; Iredell County Tax Map Parcel #’s 4765-35-4650, 4765-25-4828, 4765-36- 6083, 4765-36-6114 and 4765-36-9412; To rezone from Iredell County RA (Residential Agricultural) District and Iredell County R-20 (Single-Family Residential) District to City of Statesville Planned Unit Development (PUD Conditional Zoning) District for a major amendment to the River Hill PUD.

ZC25-07 Still Run: Courtesy Hearing for a rezoning application filed by Mr. Tim Sheehy; located along Amity Hill Road and Moose Club Road, Statesville, NC; Iredell County Tax Map Parcel #’s 4743-30-2080, 4743-31-6717, and 4742-39-1386; To rezone from Iredell County RA (Residential Agricultural) District to R-8 Cluster CZ (Medium Density Single- Family Cluster Conditional Zoning) District.
