The City of Statesville, North Carolina, is soliciting qualifications and proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering services for the preparation of an asset inventory analysis (AIA) for the city’s sewer system. The purpose of the AIA is the monitoring and modeling of infiltration and inflow (I&I) into the city’s wastewater collection system and the preparation of a capital improvement plan (CIP).
