ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSAL

Outage Management System (OMS)

Request for Proposals (RFP) for furnishing an Outage Management System (OMS) shall be received by the City of Statesville’s Public Power Department at or before 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday, February 7th, 2025. Bidder is responsible for timely delivery of their proposal. Minimum of two (2) proposals must be received. The City of Statesville will re-bid if the minimum number of proposals are not received.

Proposals shall be received by email. Please email your proposal to:

Subject line shall read: Outage Management System (OMS)Proposal

Technical questions about this proposal shall be submitted in writing no later than January 31, 2025, by 2 pm. Email Cody Leis and Jared Wiles. Questions will be answered by addendum and will be posted on our website by or before end of business day February 3, 2025.
