If you’re a City of Statesville Electric Utility customer, we have exciting news!

Statesville Public Power is preparing to roll out a brand-new Outage Management System (OMS) coming Fall 2025 – and it’s going to be a game-changer in how we keep you informed during power outages.

Once the new system goes live, you can expect:

  • A real-time power outage map
  • Text notifications with outage details and restoration updates
  • Faster, more transparent communication

But before we launch, we need your help! Step 1 starts now. We need your current phone number and email address to ensure you receive alerts and updates.

This applies to City of Statesville electric utility customers only.

How to update your contact info:

  • Visit www.statesvillenc.net and click “Update My Info” under Quick Links. You’ll need your utility billing number to complete the form.
  • Call Customer Service at 704-878-3564 and select Option 7.
  • Update your information in person when you visit Customer Service to pay your bill.
