City of Statesville Invitation to Bid (ITB): Abatement of Asbestos and Demolition of three Structures

The City of Statesville is requesting proposals from qualified bidders for the Abatement of Asbestos and demolition of two (2) structures located at 1323 Caldwell St. (PIN#4743093135.000) and 1117 4th Street (PIN# 4734909260.000). As well as the demolition of one (1) structure at 514 Armfield St (PIN# # 4734836154.000).
