NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Statesville will hold and conduct a public hearing on the 15 th day of September 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, Statesville, North Carolina, for the purpose of considering a proposed ordinance directing the Planning Director to demolish as dilapidated the dwelling known as:
