CANCELED: Technical Review Committee January 1, 2025 Meeting
Due to New Year’s Holiday the regularly scheduled TRC meeting on 1/1/25 has been cancelled. The next meeting will be held on 1/15/25, and the deadline for submittal will be 12/31/24. Thank you.
The Technical Review Committee (TRC) reviews the following information: zoning, specific lot measurements, site data, parking, landscaping, street data, stream buffer, FEMA regulations, soil erosion control and grading plan, utilities and services, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, water, electricity, and problems unique to the site.
This committee meets twice a month, the first and third Wednesday of the month.
