LEGAL NOTICE

TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND PARTICULARLY THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF STATESVILLE’S PLANNING JURISDICTION YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE:

That the City Council of the City of Statesville will hold and conduct a public hearing on the 15 th day of September 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 227 South Center Street, Statesville, North Carolina, for the purpose of considering the proposed case as follows: ZC25-13: Rezoning initiated by Compass Data Centers, for the properties located on Stamey Farm Road between I-40 and US 70 Hickory Highway, from Iredell County RA (Residential Agricultural) District and Iredell County HB (Highway Business) District to City of LI CZ (Light Industrial Conditional Zoning) District. The request is to build a data center; Tax Map Parcel #’s 4713-29-5198, 4713-39-0218, 4714-23-3766, 4714-31-8718 portion, 4714-34-8407, 4714-44-5207, 4714-44-5418, and 4714-53-2608.
