LEGAL NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND PARTICULARLY THE CITIZENS OF THE STATESVILLE’S PLANNING JURISDICTION YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE:

That the City Council of the City of Statesville will hold and conduct a public hearing on the 3rd day of November 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 227 South Center Street, Statesville, North Carolina, for the purpose of considering the proposed case: AX5-10 Hill Haven Subdivision: Parcels’s 4733-52-0766, 4733-52-8140, 4733-61-2340, 4733-61-5608, 4733-71-0390, 4733-71-4134, 4733-71- 4950, 4733-71-6507, 4733-72-0499, 4733-70-1799, 4733-72-7358, 4733- 72-7106, 4733-72-7265, 4733-70-0921.
