NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR WATER LINE REPLACEMENT

Sealed bid for furnishing a Water Line Replacement will be sent out on April 8, 2026, and will be received by the City of Statesville at 227 S. Center Street, Basement, Statesville, NC 28677 at or before 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday May 8, 2026, at which time and place the bids shall be publicly opened and read.  Please send to the ATTN: Ms. Autumn Hill.  Minimum of two (2) bids must be received in order to open all bids.

Historically Underutilized Businesses

Pursuant to General Statute 143-48 and Executive Order #150, The City of Statesville invites and encourages participation in this procurement process by businesses owned by minorities, women, disabled, disabled business enterprises and non-profit work centers for the blind and severely disabled.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, April 29, 2026; the address is 915 Winston Avenue, Statesville, NC 28677.  The purpose of this meeting is to explain the scope of work involved for this project and to give prospective bidders an opportunity to ask questions.  The Project Manager will be present to answer questions.  A sign-in sheet will serve as the attendance record.
